Barbecue popcorn: it's so much easier than you think. Promise
Forget microwave popcorn. The best way to make that fluffy, salty-sweet snack is to pop it on the barbecue.
You will need:
- Kitchen foil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 75g popping corn
- A barbecue
- Take a square of kitchen foil about 60 x 35cm in size.
- Place the oil and the popping corn on top.
- Fold into a loose parcel, sealing the edges, and give it a shake.
- Place on the coolest part of the barbecue for 5-10 minutes until the popping stops. Done!
