Step 1

Loosen the leg at the thigh socket. Find the natural joint and cut through the skin.

Step 2

Continue to cut through the ball and socket and remove the leg.

Step 3

Divide the chicken into drumstick and thigh. Again, find the natural socket and cut into it.

Step 4

Carve off the wings.

Carve nice even slices from the breast – and enjoy!
