A no bake creamy cheesecake with hints of raspberry and lemon. Our video shows you how to put it together


1. Prepare the the tin. Crush the biscuits and mix with the butter.

2. Now combine the cream cheese, yogurt, cream, lemon juice, sugar and half the raspberries.

3. Spoon over the biscuit base and chill

4. Remove the cheesecake from the fridge and top with the reserved raspberries and dust with icing sugar.
