The drink: Raspberry prosecco cocktail

Add a little raspberry liqueur to each Champagne flute and top up with Prosecco to create a fabulous two-tone effect. Use frozen raspberries as tasty ice cubes and put the glasses in the freezer 20 minutes before you want to use them – they'll keep your cocktails cooler for longer.
