Crisp on the outside, soft and fruity in the centre, these cookies are so moreish you’ll not resist seconds
- Preheat the oven to 180º C,160º C, Fan. Grease two or three baking sheets with a little margarine.
- In a bowl mix together the margarine, sugar, oats, flour, vanilla and eggs.
- Mix in the blueberries. Drop 16 spoonfuls onto the prepared sheets and spread out with the edge of a spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
- Lift onto a wire rack and cool.
