You will need (makes 1 sheep):
- 1 needle
- 1 egg
- 1 thin straw
- PVA glue
- Cotton wool
- 1 black pipe cleaner
- A small piece of black felt
- 1 set of googly eyes
- 1 pen
To make your sheep last as long as possible, it’s best to remove the inside of the eggs before you start. Make sure there’s a grown-up around to help with this.
Using a needle, pierce two holes in the shell of your egg, one at each end.
Then use a thin straw to blow into the egg as hard as you can. It's best to do this over a bowl as it could get messy! Finally, run some water through your egg, dry it and you’re ready to get started.
Using glue, cover your egg with cotton wool. Leave the top of the egg free for the sheep's face.
Cut the black pipe cleaner in four to make legs for your sheep and glue them on.
Cut round ear shapes out of black felt and glue them on top of your sheep's head.
Add googly eyes and draw on a nose and a cheeky smile.
Congratulations – your sheep is ready!
