Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado (or 2 small)
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch dried chillies
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 hint of cracked black pepper Ryvita

Method

    Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone then scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Add the lemon juice to the bowl and mash with a fork.

    Stir through the chives, coriander and dried chillies. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Spread the mixture over the Ryvita.
