Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lime - juiced
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 slice of sourdough - toasted
  • 5g 'Be Good to Yourself' feta cheese
  • A pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1tbs sunflower and pumpkin seeds - toasted

Method

    Place the avocado in a bowl, add the lime juice, garlic and salt, and mash together with a fork. Spread on the toasted sourdough and top with crumbled feta, chilli flakes and toasted seeds.
