Ingredients

  • 10g unsalted butter
  • 2 slices TTD multiseeded farmhouse thick wholemeal bread
  • 45g sweet pickle
  • 50g mature cheddar, grated
  • A few slices of tomato
  • A few rings of red onion
  • A handful of lettuce leaves
  • 15g good quality salt and vinegar crisps
  • 50g Babyleaf Salad, to serve

Method

    Butter one side of each piece of bread. Take one piece and spread the sweet pickle over the buttered side. Add the cheese, tomato slices, onion and lettuce leaves. Add a good layer of the crisps and then add the second piece of bread, buttered side down, carefully pushing down. Serve to dad and watch him tuck in.
