Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Cut the pitta bread into 12 small triangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Diagonally slice the celery sticks into 3. Mix the hummus and yogurt together and spoon the mixture along the length of the celery sticks.
Add the grated carrot and arrange the pitta triangles on top to make the sails. Serve with the cherry tomatoes.
