Preheat grill, remove all packaging and place burgers on the rack of grill pan. Grill burgers under a moderate heat for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.
Whilst the burgers are cooking let's get started on the guacamole. Crush 3 ripe avocados and de-seed and chop 2 ripe tomatoes in a bowl.
Finely chop 1 red onion, and the chilli pepper and add to the bowl with the juice of 1 lime.
Roughly chop a handful of coriander and add to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together with a tbsp of olive oil, and season with salt & pepper to taste
Once the burgers have cooked for 14-16 minutes, check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
Now to build your guacamole beef burger - start with your wholemeal roll, add some cos lettuce, sliced beef tomato, your skinny beef burger topped with your delicious fresh guacamole.
