Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.
In a mixing bowl add the chicken and Sharwood’s sauce and mix well. Refrigerate for a couple of hours if you have the time.
In a hot fry pan add the oil then the chicken breast and pan fry for a 2 minutes on each side or until browned then place on a baking tray and finish in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked through.
Meanwhile simmer the broccoli in salted water for 3 minutes then add the pak choi and simmer for a further 1 minute.
Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve on top of the broccoli & pak choi.
