Preheat the oven to 170ºC, fan 150ºC, gas mark 3. Grease and line a shallow 20-22cm square tin with baking paper.
Place the chocolate and Flora Cuisine in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (don’t let the water touch the bottom of the bowl). Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted. Remove the bowl from the pan.
Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the eggs one at a time. Sieve in the flour and beat the mixture until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and fudge chunks, and pour into the tin.
Bake for 45 minutes, until the surface has set but still feels slightly soft underneath.
Leave to cool completely, then cut into 16 bite-sized brownies.
