Ingredients

  • 200g Silver Spoon cakecraft dark chocolate flavour cake covering
  • 125ml Flora Cuisine
  • 175g Billington's light muscovado sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 75g Allinson nature friendly plain white flour
  • 50g Sliver Spoon cakecraft white chocolate chips
  • 50g Silver Spoon cakecraft mini fudge chunks

Method

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 170ºC, fan 150ºC, gas mark 3. Grease and line a shallow 20-22cm square tin with baking paper.
  2. 2 Place the chocolate and Flora Cuisine in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (don’t let the water touch the bottom of the bowl). Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted. Remove the bowl from the pan.
  3. 3 Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the eggs one at a time. Sieve in the flour and beat the mixture until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and fudge chunks, and pour into the tin.
  4. 4 Bake for 45 minutes, until the surface has set but still feels slightly soft underneath.
  5. 5 Leave to cool completely, then cut into 16 bite-sized brownies.
