Ingredients

  • 4 free range eggs
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 20 g sunflower spread

Method

    Cook the eggs in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Toast the slices of bread then spread with sunflower spread.

    Cut the toast into soldiers and serve with the boiled eggs.
