• 225 g fresh blackberries, plus 100g extra, washed, to serve
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 200 g granola
  • 500 g low-fat natural yogurt

    Make a compote: tip 225g blackberries into a small pan, add the sugar and cook over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Remove from the heat and let cool. Chill in the fridge for up to 2 days.

    Layer the granola, yogurt and compote in 4 wide glass tumblers and top with the reserved blackberries to serve.
