In a clean jar, gently mix 40g Quaker Oats with 100ml of milk
Add a tbsp of chia seeds and a squeeze of Rowse Honey to the mixture. And mix some more! Seal your jar and refrigerate overnight (less than 5°C)
In the morning, top with a small handful of washed raspberries and half a sliced kiwi. Sweeten with another squeeze of Rowse Honey on the top. Enjoy your breakfast straight away!
