Ingredients

  • 375g sweet pancakes
  • 100g blueberries
  • 200g strawberries, trimmed and halved
  • 250g low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • ½ orange, zested, to garnish

Method

    Heat the pancakes according to the instructions on the packet.

    Mix half the blueberries and strawberries with the yogurt.

  3. 3

    Spoon the yogurt on top of the pancakes, then sprinkle over the remaining berries.
