• 4 heaped tbsp porridge oats
  • 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 150 ml cold water
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into slim wedges
  • 1 tbsp mixed dried fruit of your choice
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

    Put the oats, milk and water in a microwave-safe bowl and stir. Cook in the microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring half way through cooking.

    Top with the kiwi fruit wedges, mixed dried fruit and pomegranate seeds to serve.
