Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Place sausages on a grill pan and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning ever 2-3 minutes.
After 8 minutes, place the bacon rashers onto the grill pan with the sausages. Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Take a non-stock frying large enough to accommodate the egg.
Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan, then add a knob of butter.
Place the pan over a low to medium heat.
When the butter melts and starts to sizzle, crack in an egg.
After 1 minute, baste the eggs by tilting the pan and spooning up some of the oil, pouring it over the egg. Baste every minute.
Cook for 3-4 minutes to produce a partially cooked yolk.
For eggs "over easy", flip the egg after 3 minutes to cook the yolk a little more.
