Preheat oven to 175°C, 155°C fan, gas mark 4.
Combine all ingredients in a 1.2 litre baking dish.
Add the chipotle chillies if you want an extra fiery kick.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is heated through then remove from the oven and stir.
Garnish as desired. Serve inside a hot wrap or pitta bread, with vegetables and/or crackers.
