• 250g Sainsbury's Light Soft Cheese
  • 110ml Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce or 110ml Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 130ml Sainsbury's Blue Cheese Dressing, Be Good To Yourself
  • 450g cooked and shredded chicken
  • 100g grated Cathedral City Extra Mature cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Pioneers Chipotle Chillies (optional)


  1. 1 Preheat oven to 175°C, 155°C fan, gas mark 4.
  2. 2 Combine all ingredients in a 1.2 litre baking dish.
  3. 3 Add the chipotle chillies if you want an extra fiery kick.
  4. 4 Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is heated through then remove from the oven and stir.
  5. 5 Garnish as desired. Serve inside a hot wrap or pitta bread, with vegetables and/or crackers.
