Mix 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and 1 teaspoon corn flour to make a marinade.
Mix chicken with marinade then set aside.
Sauté the spring onion in 2 tablespoons oil then add chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then pour in water and cook until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
