Ingredients

  • 450g chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 spring onions, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or groundnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour

Method

  1. 1 Mix 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and 1 teaspoon corn flour to make a marinade.
  2. 2 Mix chicken with marinade then set aside.
  3. 3 Sauté the spring onion in 2 tablespoons oil then add chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then pour in water and cook until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
