Make the marinade by mixing together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, honey and spring onions together in a non-metallic bowl. Season with pepper.
Rub the marinade all over the chicken wings and put them back in the bowl you mixed the marinade in. Cover with clingfilm and set aside in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight if you have time.
Once marinated, barbecue the wings over a medium heat until they are sticky, golden and cooked through. Eat immediately using nothing but your fingers!
Cook's tip: Alternatively you could cook the wings in a hot grill or griddle pan.
