1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, 170°C Fan, Gas 5. Remove the packaging and string from around the chicken. Turn the chicken upside down and using a sharp knife, cut down the chicken. Open the chicken out and pull out the legs a little.
2. Place the chicken in a roasting tin. Brush with the marinade and roast according to on pack instructions, basting occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, place the sweetcorn kebabs on a large sheet of foil. Top each with the chilli butter and loosely wrap to form a parcel and cook according to on pack instructions
4. Transfer the cooked chicken and sweetcorn to the BBQ for a final 10 minutes to give it that BBQ flavour.
