• 250g turkey breast mince
  • 200g Chinese egg fried rice
  • 120g Sainsbury's Pad Thai sauce
  • 2x baby gem lettuce
  • 2x limes
  • 1x chilli, sliced
  • Spring onions, to garnish


  1. 1 Dry fry the turkey in a non-stick frying pan on a moderate heat for 8 minutes, allowing the turkey to become brown and slightly crispy.
  2. 2 Add the Pad Thai sauce and rice.
  3. 3 Stir-fry for a further 4 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove the turkey and rice mixture from the heat and allow to cool.
  5. 5 Arrange the lettuce on a platter and spoon the turkey and rice mixture on top.
  6. 6 Drizzle with lime juice and serve with chillies and spring onions to garnish.
