Ingredients

  • 120g natural yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 10g dark chocolate

Method

    Freeze the yogurt and bananas, peeled and chopped, for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

    Put them in a food processor with the honey and blitz until smooth. Grate over the dark chocolate to serve.
