Ingredients

  • 250ml Naked Coconut Water
  • 250ml Coconut cream
  • 400ml Can Coconut Milk
  • Zest & juice of a lime

Method

  1. 1 1. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. 2 2. Pour the mixture into a airtight container and freeze for an hour.
  3. 3 3. Remove the container from the freezer, the edges will now be starting to freeze, whisk the mixture to break up the mixture. Return to the freezer for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
