• 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 40g fresh blueberries, washed
  • 100g fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and roughly chopped
  • 12 red grapes, washed and halved
  • 30ml lime cordial, diluted with 210ml cold water

    Divide the fruit among 4 x 100ml lolly moulds.

    Pour the cordial into the lolly moulds around the fruit and freeze for four hours until solid.
