Ingredients

  • 100ml Sainsbury's double cream
  • 1 x 150g pot Taste the Difference lemon curd West Country yogurt
  • 3 x Taste the Difference meringue nests, roughly chopped or crushed
  • 3 fresh passion fruit

Method

  1. 1 In a large bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and then gently stir in the yogurt.
  2. 2 Fold in the crushed meringues and the pulp of 2 of the passion fruit.
  3. 3 Spoon into 2 chilled parfait glasses or dishes, and top with the remaining passion fruit pulp.
