Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 150g blueberries
  • 20g goji berries

Method

    Peel the bananas and chop into quarters. Place in the freezer for 3 hours. Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer and leave at room temperature for around 10 minutes.

    Place the bananas in a handheld blender with the blueberries. Pulse for 30-60 seconds, until it turns into the texture of ice cream. Top with the goji berries to serve.
