Ingredients

  • 360ml apple and raspberry juice drink
  • 6 oranges, squeezed
  • 1 bottle vintage cava, chilled
  • 15g fresh mint, to garnish

Method

    Quarter-fill 12 champagne flutes or small wine glasses with the apple and raspberry juice, then squeeze the juice of half an orange into each glass and top up with the chilled cava.

    Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint and serve immediately.
