Ingredients

  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 0.5 tbsp Aspall Raw Apple Cyder Vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 300 ml boiling water

Method

    Put a sprig of thyme and 2 slices of ginger in a mug. Pour boiling water over them and allow it to steep for 5 minutes.

    Remove the thyme and ginger and stir in the apple cyder vinegar and honey.

    Add a slice of lemon and serve immediately.
