Ingredients

  • 1 medium cooked beetroot in water
  • 1 peeled sweet apple, core removed and roughly chopped (we used a Pink Lady)
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 shots of Caleno
  • 100mls Merchants Heart peppercorn tonic
  • handful of ice

Method

    Place the cooked beetroot, apple, lemon and Caleno into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add the merchants heart peppercorn tonic to the mix and give a little stir. Pour into glasses with plenty of ice.
