Ingredients

For the Ginger Zinger

  • 1½ litre water
  • 75g pineapple, cut into chunks
  • ½ an orange, cut into slices
  • 7 slices fresh ginger

For the Rosemary Ripple

  • 1½ litre water
  • 10 large raspberries, quartered
  • 150g blackberries, halved
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

For the Minty Pinky

  • 1½ litre Sainsbury's Pink Lemonade, Zero Added Sugar
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh mint

Method

To make the Ginger Zinger

  1. 1

    Pour the water in a large jug and place all the fruit and ginger in the water. Leave to infuse in the fridge overnight.

    When infused, pour into glasses and enjoy.

    Optional: top with 50ml ginger beer

To make the Rosemary Ripple

  1. 1

    Pour the water in a large jug and place all the fruits and the sprigs of rosemary in the water. Leave to infuse in the fridge overnight.

    When infused, pour into glasses and enjoy. 

    Optional: Top with 50ml peach juice.

To make the Minty Pinky

  1. 1

    Pour the water in a large jug and place all the fruit and mint in the pink lemonade. Leave to infuse in the fridge overnight.

    When infused, pour into glasses and enjoy. 
    Optional: Top with 50ml sparkling water.
