Ingredients

  • 500 ml coconut water or mineral water
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 4 small broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 handful roughly chopped kale or chard leaves
  • 1 frozen banana

Method

    Wash, peel and chop the ingredients where necessary. Put all the ingredients into a blender in the order they’re listed. Blitz until smooth.
