Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp blackcurrant cordial
  • 1 shot of gin
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 2 sprigs of thyme, to garnish
  • 2 raspberries, to garnish

Method

    Split the cordial and gin betwen two champagne glasses, then fill each to the top with prosecco. Add the raspberries and thyme on top to serve.
