Ingredients

  • 40ml Pisco
  • 10ml melon liqueur
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 125ml sorrel juice
  • 1 honeydew melon, thinly sliced

    Put all ingredients apart from the melon in a shaker and shake with cubed ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with the a melon slice.
