  • 60g young leaf spinach, washed
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 200ml skimmed milk
  • ½ pomegranate, seeds only
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, to decorate

    Put the spinach and banana into a blender. Add the milk and blend until smooth.

    Divide the smoothie between two glasses. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
