A classic cocktail of coffee and Irish whiskey topped with smooth double cream makes for a really indulgent treat
Make a pot of coffee and pour 400ml into a jug. Add the whiskey and sugar and stir to dissolve. Decant into two tall glasses. Pour the cream on to the coffee slowly over the back of a spoon, so that it sits on top.
