Ingredients

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 star anise
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1cm fresh ginger, peeled and roughly grated
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
  • 1½ tsp agave

Method

    Warm all the ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium heat until steaming. Whisk until well combined and frothy, then serve in a mug with a sprinkling of cinnamon and the star anise on top.
