Ingredients

  • 1 litre ginger beer
  • 200ml dark rum
  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds only
  • 12½ml pomegranate molasses syrup
  • 2 limes, 1 juiced, 1 sliced

Method

    Add the ginger beer and rum to a pitcher with ice cubes.

    Split the vanilla pod and add to the jug with the pomegranate molasses syrup. Finish by adding the lime juice, then garnish with the lime slices.
