Ingredients

  • 800g watermelon, plus 4 wedges to garnish
  • 200ml superior white rum
  • 2 limes, squeezed
  • 4 tbsp white caster sugar
  • 12 ice cubes

Method

    Peel, roughly chop and remove the seeds from the watermelon. Add to the blender with the white rum, lime juice and caster sugar.

    Add enough ice cubes to fill the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses with a wedge of watermelon to garnish.
