Ingredients

  • 175g cauliflower florets, thoroughly washed
  • 1 avocado, peeled and stone removed
  • 215g can butter beans, drained
  • 75ml whole milk

Method

    Add 100ml of water to a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil. Add the cauliflower and reduce the heat. Cover and leave to steam for 5 minutes or until completely tender. Drain the cauliflower.

    Add the cauliflower, avocado and butter beans to a blender, along with the milk. Blend until smooth.

     

    Tip: You can use breast milk or formula in place of the whole milk.
