Preheat the oven to 200ºC, fan 180º C, gas mark 6. Toast the sesame seeds on a baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
Meanwhile, place the chives and red chillies in a blender and whizz until finely chopped. Add the pollock and egg and whizz for a few more seconds.
Shape tablespoonfuls of the mixture into small patties and roll in the sesame seeds until coated. Place on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the noodles following pack instructions and steam the mange tout.
Toss the noodles and mange tout together with the oil and serve with the pollock bites and lime wedges for a tasty meal.
