Marinate fish fillet with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Roll up the fish fillet individually and place it on a serving plate ready for steaming.
Mix 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, 1 tablespoon red chilli, 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Pure sesame oil and ½ teaspoon of sugar together for seasoning.
Divide the seasoning mix evenly over the fish rolls, then steam over high heat for about 10 minutes or until done.
