Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp mixed spice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 25g raw unsalted Brazil nuts
  • 25g raw walnuts
  • 25g raw unsalted cashews
  • 1 pot houmous

Method

    Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Mix the oil, spices and honey in a small bowl.

    Place the nuts on a roasting tray and mix with the honey mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning over halfway through. Leave the nuts to cool, then roughly chop and stir through the houmous.
