• 100g frozen peas
  • 1 small sprig fresh mint
  • ½ ripe avocado

    Cook the peas with the mint in a little boiling water. Drain and put into a bowl.

    Peel the avocado and cut into strips. Add to the peas and blend using a handheld blender or, for a chunkier texture, a potato masher.
