Wash the lettuce and tomatoes and pat them dry with kitchen paper, then cut the tomatoes and tear the lettuce. Cut the peppers in half and slice thinly.
Heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the onion for 5 minutes until soft. Push the onions to one side, add the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes until golden. Add the garlic and honey and continue to cook for a couple of minutes until the chicken and onions are sticky and the chicken is cooked through. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.
To serve, arrange everything on the table and just let everyone help themselves – don’t forget the napkins!
