Combine the flour with the garlic granules and plenty of seasoning in a small bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate small bowl. Put the rice pop cereal in a medium-sized bowl and lightly crush them with your hands. Stir in the paprika.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6 and lightly grease a large baking tray. Dip each piece of chicken in the flour, then the egg – shaking off any excess – and finally the crushed cereal. Place on the baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through, turning over halfway. Serve with your choice of condiments.
