Ingredients

  • 6 Rakusens traditional matzos
  • 120ml Gefen honey
  • 120ml Rakusens sunflower oil
  • 65g Fudco ground or flaked almonds
  • 65g Fudco desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Liebers ground cinnamon
  • 70g Glicks chocolate chips

Method

    Pre-heat oven to 135°C/fan 115°C/gas mark ½. 

    *All ingredients have been chosen as they are specifically Kosher for Passover.

    Place the matzos in a large bowl and crush into very small pieces.

    Add the honey, oil, almonds, coconut and cinnamon and mix well. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning over the mixture half way through the cooking time.

    Remove from the oven and let cool before adding the chocolate chips.
