Ingredients

  • 1kg Frohweins rib steaks or diced beef
  • 200ml Gefen marinara sauce
  • 60ml Kedem balsamic vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp Gefen honey
  • 1 tbsp Quick lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Liebers garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp Liebers paprika
  • 2 tsp Liebers Black Pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 6 red-skin potatoes

Method

    Place the meat into a slow cooker and cover with the marinara sauce, vinegar, honey, lemon juice and seasonings.

    Scatter chopped onions and potatoes on top, cook on slow for 7 hours.
